Hello everyone! We are here to let you know about the website changes that you have seen over the past few days!
What are the changes?
As of March 2026, we have redesigned the Purelymail website. The main goal here is to make the page more efficient for you as an existing customer to use, as well as allowing for new customers to use it easier too! We had noticed that before certain elements weren’t always clear, or would require some clarification from our team. Having this new UI means that we can work to build Purelymail to be something that everyone can easily use!
We want to note here that this doesn’t change our core goals, being a simple service with no frills, so that you can use your email in peace. This redesign was done to modernize the UI, and to help show that the service is still actively supported and thriving! This redesign also sets up our team to have an easier time being able to implement new features, improvements and enhancements as we go along!

Q: I have a suggestion for how the new UI can be changed, how can I let you know?
We are always looking for customer feedback! If you have any suggestions on how we can improve, we are always available at our public issue tracker where you can let us know what you would like to see. This is the best place to give us feedback and constructive criticism.
Q: Is this it? / Will the website remain as it is?
No! We are dedicated to always making improvements and changes to improve your experience using the service. This is just our first release, and as we get more feedback and more ways that we can improve the website, we will work on implementing and documenting them!
Q: Will you have a dark mode? It is very bright!
Yes! We are working on the best way to implement this to allow you to switch between a light and dark mode. This may take some time to do this, to ensure that we have everything looking right.
Q: I have a question that hasn’t been answered here. Where can I ask this?
