Summary

We’re doing a short piece of database maintenance this morning to increase capacity to support continued growth. During this window (expected to be brief), IMAP, POP3, SMTP, and webmail access will be temporarily unavailable — incoming mail will queue safely and be delivered as soon as we’re back.

No data is at risk, and no action is needed on your end. We’ll update this post once we’re back online.

Timeline

We expect to start the upgrade around 9:45 am ET and be completed by 10:00 am ET (give or take).

Update

Everything went as expected. We started the maintenance around 9:45 am ET and were completed by 9:53 am ET. All mail that was received during the downtime was delivered by 10:43 am ET.
