Planned maintenance notice

This is a notice that we will be conducting planned maintenance on April 9th, 2023 starting at 1:00 AM PST for a duration of roughly an hour. During this time, the service won’t be accessible. Any emails received during this time should be received as normal after the maintenance period ends.

This is our first planned maintenance in three years! We’re upgrading the database through five major versions. It should hopefully be straightforward; we’re going to perform the procedure on a backup of the DB beforehand to make sure it goes okay, then do the real thing.

While there were ways to do this without incurring downtime, they also seemed pretty technically complicated. Sorry for the inconvenience!
